Marshalls Creek Boardwalk

Over the past year or so we’ve been working with a bright and well-connected local group of planners, community advocates and councillors on Marshall’s Creek Boardwalk, a key link in the broader community connection network.

It’s been an eye-opening process with reassuring amount of public support.

This shared path will provide flat, safe, community-centric walking and cycling access from Ocean Shores shopping centre to New Brighton, North Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach, Billinudgel and beyond.

This project is:

- Community spirited: enhancing community connections

- Health-foccussed: active and car-free

- Safety minded: off-street pathways are more suitable for a wider user group.

- Connecting to the nature on our doorstep: interprative and educational.
